A Maker is anyone who creates for Marketplace, and we believe everyone can be a Maker!

Submission

Products are submitted using Maker Console, a dedicated space for Makers that allows you to easily submit, manage, and update your products on Marketplace.

To get started:

  1. Head over to Maker Console.

  2. Create your organization, e.g. Elgato, Corsair, etc.

  3. Sign the Maker Agreement.

Once in Maker Console, you can submit your first product for review.

Maker Agreement

You must have created your organization in Maker Console and signed the Maker Agreement before submitting a product for review.

Supported Products

Marketplace supports listing Maker products for the following product types:

  • Stream Deck

    • Plugins

    • Profiles

    • Icons

    • Screensavers1

  • Wave Link

    • Audio effects (VSTs)1

    • EQ presets1

  • Camera Hub

    • LUTs1

    • Backgrounds1

  • OBS scene collections (Marketplace Connect)

  • 3D print files1

1 requires email submissions.

Submitting other product types

You can submit products not yet supported by Maker Console by emailing maker@elgato.com with the subject "New Product Submission" and include the following details:

  • Name the name of your product as it will appear on the product page.

  • Description — minimum of a few sentences, up to 1,500 characters.

  • Price if free, please state so. Otherwise, include your desired price and currency.

  • Media 1 thumbnail and a minimum of 3 gallery images.

  • Product files — the files that make up your product.

Optionally, you may also include

  • Additional links — any relevant links to your website, support page, setup guide, demo, or privacy policy.

  • Video 1920 × 1080 in MP4 format (≤50 MB), with a thumbnail at 1920 × 960 in PNG or JPEG format.

Location Limitations

For Makers wishing to sell paid products on Marketplace; due to limitations with Stripe Connect, we are unable to onboard Makers from the following countries:

  • Brazil

  • India

  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia

Makers wishing to publish free products are free to do so without limitation.

Marketplace availability in restricted countries

Due to legal requirements and payment processing limitations, Marketplace is currently inaccessible in the following countries:

  • Bahrain

  • Cuba

  • Donetsk People's Republic

  • Iran

  • Jordan

  • Kuwait

  • Luhansk People's Republic

  • North Korea

  • Oman

  • Russia

  • Syria

  • Tunisia

FAQ

What is the payout split with Elgato?

Marketplace operates on a 70/30 payment split, wherein you, the product owner, take 70% and Elgato takes 30%. For more information on payouts, please refer to our Stripe Connect page.

Does Elgato own my images / software once I list them with on Marketplace?

No. Your remain the owner of all intellectual property you publish on Marketplace, and Elgato does not take ownership.

Can I list my products in other stores, such as Etsy, etc?

Yes. You may list your items elsewhere while you have them listed on Marketplace. We ask that you keep consistent pricing across all platforms.
